Is your product faulty or damages?
If you received a product damages or faulty you can contact us and proceed with a warranty claim.
We need your help:

Fill in the table with your pesonal data;
- Insert in the "Note" table a short explication of the problem found;
- Fill in in "Claim table" with product code, damage and quantity.
- Take 2 or 3 photos that show clearly the fault;
- Attach the photos made and a invoice/receipt of purchase made within 12 months preceded (note: don't overcome the 10MB weight. We advice to send us the photos in ZIP, RAR or jPEG size);
- Click the "SEND" button to complete your request.
After we receive you informations, our technician staff will work on your request as soon as possible.
You will be informed if you can proceded or not to the replacement under warranty.
